Introduction

SPINKLEAN was initially created to clean conveyor lanes in harsh, automotive stamping plants. The idea is simple, a efficient hub and fin wheel, propelled by a concentrated, low pressure and low volume of cleaning fluid and shop air. Minimal details and the inexpensive, durable units are quick and easily installed and operated.

Ecologically sound
SPINKLEAN is a very green choice. For example, a single unit on a 4-inch wide belt conveyor circulating only two gallons per minute of either rinse fluid or compressed air and requiring no direct electrical feeds. SPINKLEAN is extremely inexpensive to operate.

Adaptable to popular conveyor makes
Our design is already adaptable to Norgren Trakker conveyors and coming soon, mounting patterns for other name branded conveyors. Our integration partners can work with you to design specific mounting patterns to meet your customer conveyor requirements.

Visually cues
Confirmation of operation is simple, peer through the clear, plexiglas side plates and watch the rotary hub rapidly whisk
away debris, leaving your belts clean and virtually dry.

Operation
SPINKLEAN requires 30-35 psi of rinse fluid per unit, which can be specific chemical cleaning fluid or simply water. Cleaning fluid is initially cycled with the target conveyor idle to wet and rinse the fins. This brief rinse period is followed by a short wring cycle using 30-40 psi of compressed air. During the initial wring the target conveyor is set into motion and the cleaning cycle takes place. Afterwards, a brief rinse and wring cycle prepared SPINKLEAN for the next washing cycle.

The system is intended to operate is intermittent, based on the target conveyor's cleanliness needs. Operation may be as little as a few minutes each hour or taking place between shift changes.

Optional hub fins
We offer a choice in non-woven fiber fins and nylon bristle brush fins to adapt to a variety of flat and textured belt surfaces. Upon request we can create customized fins to meet specific application needs.

Domestically produced
All of our products are produced in the USA, with the exception of some non-woven fabrics used on some SPINKLEAN models. Our non-woven fins are produced exclusively for us by FKM USA (Chicago, IL) using materials provided by their parent company, FKM Walzentechnik (Duisburg, Germany).

SPINKLEAN is a patent pending product and a trademark of Industry Scope, LLC.

Inheritably reliable
SPINKLEAN is based on a minimalist design philosophy having only a few moving parts and very few details overall. This approach reduces the number of potential failure points, making it highly reliable and quickly serviced in the event of maintenance needs. All access points are tool-free and hand tightened using robust knobs affixed to stainless steel hardware.
