The Application of of Yin-Yang
The symbol (Yin-Yang) represents the ancient Chinese understanding of how things work together within a balanced arena. The dark and light mating kidney shapes that form a circle represent the interaction of two energies, called "yin" (dark in color, traditionally black) and "yang" (light in color, traditionally white), which embodies everything that happens. The underlying meaning is that life needs balance and that the Yin and Yang cannot exist without each other. This universally accepted symbol of 'balance' is one we like as we feel that success relies on taking a balanced and COMPLETE approach to business.

YIN-THINK & PLAN
1: Having intimate KNOWLEDGE of ones business environment, their customers and their own companies strengths and weaknesses.

2: Having a clear STRATEGIC plan that remakes the rules of the game, within the bounds of having realistic goals and expectations and then documenting and disseminating their plan throughout the enterprise is a concise manner.

YANG-TELL & SELL
3: Streaming fact-filled MESSAGES that your audience, your customers, 'gets' or understands such that it illicit's a positive response. This being said, the third element to communications is having an infrastructure in place to fully support the initiatives that the message is promoting.

4: Having an active SELLING team that brings value to your customer and your enterprise, one that follows through on commitments throughout the selling process with integrity.

These four primary activities are cyclical and return information back into the knowledge and planning for ongoing and future initiatives as a business model is always fluid and in need of refinement.
