Ascential Technologies Names Erin Dillard as Chief Commercial Officer of Transportation and Test & Measurement Systems

Ascential Technologies, a leading global provider of automated diagnostic, inspection, assembly and test systems and services across a wide range of industries, has hired Erin Dillard as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of its Transportation and Test & Measurement Systems divisions.

As CCO, Dillard will drive the complete commercial business organization from strategic development and market segmentation objectives to execution. Dillard will also aim to enhance internal integration and alignment, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and establish metric-driven benchmarks.

Dillard brings expansive experience in marketing, sales, business development and leadership to the role. Most recently, she worked for Dematic, being named the vice president of Marketing Communications in 2022, in which she focused on developing and implementing the company’s strategic marketing and communications blueprint across the globe. Prior to this role, she served in various vice president positions focused on global sales and global growth. As vice president of Global Sales & Service Enablement for Dematic, she developed and implemented commercial processes and training that resulted in more than $3.6 billion of order intake.

Before joining Dematic, Dillard spent an impressive 17 years at General Electric (GE), starting as a sales and marketing associate and most recently holding the role of senior vice president of Global Sales for Current, powered by GE, leading the sales team in creating solutions for Fortune 500 customers.

Dillard holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Kelley School of Business, is a graduate of GE’s Experienced Commercial Leadership Program and participated in a KION Global Executive Program at INSEAD Business School in France. Additionally, she has received a variety of leadership recognitions throughout her career, including an Integrated Offerings Award and Best & Brightest Award from Dematic, as well as a Hero of Growth Award, CEO Leadership Award and more from GE.

The Ascential Technologies’ Transportation (better known as Burke Porter) and Test & Measurement divisions serve a variety of markets including automotive, aerospace, metalworking, HVAC, white goods, heavy equipment, energy markets and more with automated assembly and testing solutions that ensure product safety and performance.
