Tooling Tech Group (TTG), a leading provider of highly engineered tools and automated assembly equipment to a wide range of industries, has announced that Doug Jack has been appointed president of the Die Cast Division, consisting of the company’s G.H. Tool & Mold brand with facilities in Missouri and Georgia. In this role, Jack will focus on customer diversification, along with driving financial growth and improving operational systems.

Jack attended the University of California at Davis, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business and economics with a minor in biochemistry. Upon graduation, Jack received a regular U.S. Army commission as a field artillery officer, where he gained experience in leadership by commanding multiple teams in the United States, Europe and Middle East. He also attended several specialty schools during that time and developed an expertise in project management, which included leading the Army’s first combat drone program.
Since retiring from the Army, Jack has served as a business leader overseeing national and international multi-facility manufacturing operations, as well as focusing on financial management and growth, transportation and logistics. He has held senior executive leadership positions at Wells Fargo, Securitas, Mastercard, Rhythm Engineering, Mast Technology and more, where he provided his expert methods to evaluate and revise business processes to positive results. He is exceptionally well versed in implementing major changes at a variety of businesses, ranging in size from $8 million to over $3 billion in revenue.
