Ascential Technologies, a leading global provider of automated diagnostic, inspection, assembly and test systems and services across a wide range of industries, has promoted Valerio Pucci to sales leader of EMEA for the company’s Test & Measurement Systems (T&M) division. He will maintain his role as sales director of Galileo – a brand of industrial process equipment for the refrigeration industry – at Ascential Technologies Italy, which he was appointed to in April 2021.
In his new role, Pucci will supervise and coordinate the sales activities of T&M product brands, including Lismar, Galileo, Cimat and Titan across the EMEA region. He will also oversee the APAC region for T&M until a dedicated sales leader for the area is hired.
“Valerio has an established history of achievements and has certainly earned his promotion to sales leader of EMEA’s Test & Measurement Systems division,” said Erin Dillard, CCO of Ascential Technologies’ Transportation and Test & Measurement Systems divisions. “With an impressive track record of exceeding sales targets, aptitude for developing sound strategic plans and natural ability to cultivate client partnerships, we know he’ll excel in this position.”
Pucci brings 20 years of leadership experience and a robust background in manufacturing sales across various sectors to his newly awarded position. He first joined Galileo TP Process Equipment S.r.l. in November 2006 as an export area manager. After 11 years at Galileo he pursued another opportunity, returning to Galileo in April 2019 as vice sales manager. In this role he assisted the sales director in managing agents, direct offices and key customers worldwide, before becoming sales manager of Galileo in April 2021.
Pucci received degrees in English & Spanish Languages and Literatures as well as History and Geography from the Università di Pisa in Pisa, Italy. He is now fluent in five languages, including Italian, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
The newly rebranded Ascential Technologies Test & Measurement Systems division serves a variety of markets including HVAC, white goods, heavy equipment, steel, automotive, aerospace and energy markets. Formerly known as the General Industries division, the shift to Test & Measurement Systems allows Ascential Technologies to better serve its customers by enabling the company to leverage the collective innovation, expertise, best practices, and technology of the five, formerly independent brands (CIMAT, Galileo, Kleinknecht, Lismar and Titan).
