Tooling Tech Group (TTG), a leading provider of highly engineered tools and automated assembly equipment to a wide range of industries, has announced that it has hired Robert (Kim) Nollner as business development sales manager for the company’s automated systems offerings. He is responsible for managing this group’s sales team, elevating awareness of the company’s automation capabilities, developing new business opportunities and creating synergy with the company’s sales managers in the composites, thermoforming, metal stamping, and die casting sectors.
“Kim’s experience within the automation sector is impressive,” said Matt Phillips, TTG Automation President. “His knowledge of robotics, software and machine vision, as well as his sales management capabilities will make him a great asset to this growing Tooling Tech division.”
Nollner has been in sales positions within the automation sector for 20 years. Most recently he was channel sales manager for Robotiq, where he was responsible for all sales and support activities throughout 12 states. His experience includes working with automotive OEM and Tier I customers.
His education includes earning an associate degree in Engineering/Electronic Engineering Technology from Nashville State Technical Institute. Nollner will be located at the company’s Murfreesboro, Tennessee facility.
