Alpha Integration Announces Jared Smalley as New President

Alpha Integration, a Tooling Tech Group (TTG) company and provider of custom automated systems, has announced the appointment of Jared Smalley as its new president, replacing Matt Phillips, who has been moved to sales director of the Tooling Tech Group automation division.  As president, Smalley is responsible for setting sales goals, managing budgets and ensuring all departments meet their goals. Additionally, he will work with the other Tooling Tech Group company executives to evaluate cross selling opportunities and ensure Alpha operations are aligned with other TTG divisions.

Smalley brings with him significant C-level executive experience from a variety of manufacturing companies, most recently serving as COO for Power of Clean Energy, Nashville, Tenn., where he introduced new product offerings and increased revenue by fivefold in less than a year. At previous tenures, he also excelled in developing partnerships and rejuvenating product lines, all leading to company stability and growth.

Beginning his career as an engineer, Smalley has a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering technology from Penn State University and a Master of Science in technical business management from the National Technological University (Fort Collins, Colo.).  Additionally, he holds over 15 patents in varied consumer products.
